I'm trying to set up a reseller with his own namer servers, but he wants his master account (domain) to point to his own nameservers. How would I do that.

You give him ns1.reseller.com on ip.1.what.ever
and ns2.reseller.com on ip.2.what.ever and for his domain configure an IP based hosting in Apache on ip.1.what.ever in httpd.conf
