I just signed up as a reseller for SbS and was wondering how I would go about to track the bandwidth usage of my customers. Or is there a way I can allocate a specified amount of bandwidth and web space to each?
Thanks

I have not seen that on their control panel either. The sad part is that you can email them all you want and will get no reply. I have an issue with them for over 3 weeks now and still am waiting for a reply.
Good Luck!!!
And they were down for 4 days about 3 weeks ago :D

I'm also a new reseller there. I moved 29 domains to SxS 4 days before they had to move to cogentco and had the 2-day outage, made even longer by propagation. (It was awkward, to say the least!) But to be fair about it they did a remarkable job finding resources and moving the operation, and the outages since then have both been at cogentco.
I've found them to be inconsistent at suppport-- they'll act on most requests immediately (secure server certif, correcting setups on their end) but if we ask the wrong question, like "will you please allow execution of counter.exe" there's dead silence.
All in all they're a pretty good host... and I've had servers, unix & NT, at five other hosts in the past 5 years. Most of the problems we've run across since we've been at SxS are direct fallout from the Upstream Provider upheaval where all the IPs in all the servers had to be changed.
We'll hang in there and let things settle down, and I think we'll be glad we did. As an ex-Interland reseller, I appreciate the fact that they try and they care.

Would you call having NO security AT ALL a wrong question to ask???? Maybe writing numerous emails about FP extensions that do not work on any account another dumb question. I am still to recieve a reply from them. They are absolutely the worst tech suport there is. Not one answer. NOT ONE.

TRY and CARE. Yeah right!!!
If they tried and cared they would respond to very important issues like security for their clients. Another thing other than their downtime like yesterday (AGAIN) why will they not give me my SSL information? THis is considered by me to be robbery. This is not there, it is mine.
Now here is the worst part of this host. Suracha will anser new questions about sales but will not answer his existing customers. That means that all he wants is money and then you are on your own once he get you.
