I have been talking to the owner of Saburovo.com. They seem like good people. Anybody with them, or have any experience with them? You help is greatly appreciated.

Saburovo has servers available? I don't see any on his page.

As far as reliability -- I only have 3rd hand knowledge... what I've read on here.

From what I can tell, if you want a Rackshack server, Saburovo is the way to go. He'll give you a GUARANTEED WORKING machine (i.e., without rackshack problems), and support more issues. That's the gist I get. If I got a rackshack server for myself, I'd be more than likely to go through him for that alone. The lack of setup fees is just icing on cake.

They seem like a great outfit from the couple of times ive talked to them, and ive never seen anything negative on them.

I'm with them and I LOVE THEM !!! :)
Denis (manager) is like super-kind to me and he offers support to newbies :d and pro's, ofcourse. ;)
He also helps you configuring the server & setting it to your hand etc. and offers support for more things than RS.

If you'd have any questions about Saburovo please ask me. I'm not in any way affiliated/payed by them to talk good 'bout them.

Hope to have helped... :)

I think Saburovo is the way to go if you want a RackShack server. Besides the fact that you can get a good deal. He has so many servers with RackShack that he has good ties with support so he can get support for you a lot faster then you can if you go directly to rackshack.

Dennis is a good guy and has an excellant relationship with us. We don't generally get to meet face to face with our Rackshack customers, so his visit to our data center a couple of months back was a real treat.

Dennis has LOTS of servers with us and is quite prompt in his obligations with us.

If you are looking for a deal with no set up fee and a little extra hand holding, Dennis is the way to go. The fact that he is just a real nice guy is also the icing on the cake.

Am managing a box for my client that we got through Denis. Pretty nice guy. Just click on the purchase link and fill out the forms. It will take you to paypal who manages the subscription. If you are not registered with paypal, you will be asked to register with paypal. If you are with paypal, paypal will take care of the subscription ...and you fill the paypal info there. Denis will then send you a welcome email with the details on how to log into your account. You will not be required to pay until after 5 days of trial, I think. Then if you are getting the server for yourself, and you are satisfied, do nothing and your paypal account will be debited. If you are not, you can cancel the subscription via paypal. Trust me, you wont cancel. :) Just work out support details with him.

I was gonna go camp out at the headsurfer's lawn till he waved the setup fee for us, but I was told he moved :D. So definitely, if you want a rackshack server with no setup fees, go with Denis.

Looking at Saburovo.com, it seems he has no more servers to lease with no setup fee. The other thing I've noticed is that he now has popup ads on his website which is not good.

Thats too bad that he has no more servers. At last count, I believe he had about 30 servers already with RS. Maybe if he knows more people want to sign up, he'll probably get more. Just shoot him an email with that yahoo email.

Thanks, guys, it really appreciated!Originally posted by ho247 The other thing I've noticed is that he now has popup ads on his website which is not good. Thanks for the feedback again. I will remove the ads - I am getting more complains than any benefits from having them.

I have talked with several of his customers and have only heard good things - I think you will do very well with a server with them. they are also in a value added role - they provide extra service in addition to a great price.

No problem with them for 3 months. Denis is great and helpful. If you don't want to pay the setup cost, they are sure the way to go.

I *think* Dennis may had additional servers tomorrow morning, but then I'd just be guessing. :)

Dennis, that is a good little niche you found. Good on ya. I bet the Headsurfer loves you! I imagine his support issues on those 20 servers you manage are almost zero.

On his page..

Two diffrent options in the menu..

- Saburovo servers
- RackShack servers

What's the diffrence?

sharkman

The difference in small few options, and pricing, the most important one, that is chosse rackshrack you can pay less with a setup fee

am I the only one who deos not seem to get fast response fro dennis?

Have I contacted you (I am not sure what's your real name)? I don't see any outstanding e-mails in my inbox, so if not, then something must be wrong with mail server. Can you please contact me by backup e-mail address bystruev@yahoo.com then.

I don't provide phone number (though some customers are able to find it) and all support is done via generic e-mail address support@saburovo.com, which is monitored by 3 people in 3 different time zones.

Contacting me on ICQ this week will not help unfortunately, as I am on business trip to US (I live in UK). I am checking my e-mail though.
