Just changed hosting services and everything is working great with one minor exception: I can't receive email sent via RoadRunner's smtp service. I'm in Austin, Tx and I've only had one other user send me tests via Austin's RoadRunner service
(smtp-server.austin.rr.com), but I'm convinced that there is a definite problem. The sender doesn't receive a bounce or any other indication that I'm not receiving the email. I can send tests to myself using my host's smtp service and I receive them fine.
1) Has anyone had anything like this occur with their hosting service?
2) Any RoadRunner users: please send an email to owner@batcity.com. If you could send one using your rr smtp service and one using an alternate smtp service if you have one available, that would be great.
3) Please post a msg here if you do send me something.
Thanks!
