Hello,

From the last few weeks, my clients have been complaining me about server issue. Well, complaints were directed towards FTP Space, Mail Issues, Statistics and few other related problems.

The FTP Problems being complaints about were that some busy sites are having errors about disk space and they are still sure that they have pretty much disk space left, somewhere between 100 mb. I know that these are the log issues and I am not sure how to over come these issues.

Second is Mail Issues, few of my clients have both .com and .net domains hosted with me and if they by mistake use .net domain to check .com mails it allows them to check it for the first time and then give them errors when receiving emails through e-mail clients

Then again, Statistics goes on and off randomly. Same goes for the a record for the www of the domain name. Most of my clients say that they want their website to be accessed via domain.com and www.domain.com and don't want domain.com when accessed to be forwarded to www.domain.com

Is everyone here facing the same problems are is it only me?
