OK experts. I am a reseller and I am looking to start up right. I have been told that whm autopilot has the best integration with whm.
What do you think is best. I am going to start off with Paypal, I want accounts to be automaticaly setup. Does the paypal module communicate with autopilot to confirm payment receipt before setting up account?
What I am really looking for is total automation with the least amount of customization hassles.
Any opinions?

Norm,
WHMAP does seem to work just fine for your needs. But, I would not recommend auto-creation due to an increased amount of fraud caused by it. If you need a cheaper solution go for www.clientexec.com which allows you to auto-create accounts after confirming (activating) the client.
Cheers

I was reading the other threads about spammers and fraud.
You are right in the vast majority of cases, I would want to authenticate accounts/ip's/names, etc. before I enable an account. However, I would still like that capability in case some day someone writes a script that does fraud checking for you :) if there are any programmers on here!!
Does auto pilot or the other softwares tie into paypal so that the software can receive code from paypal and interpret the code as the account being paid for? I know paypal has the capability of sending the code. Godaddy is set-up this way. When I looked at the demo version of auto piliot I believe it only lets you set up the purchase buttons, it does not appear to have any backend setup for paypal to talk to your server. If I am going to cough up 150 bucks to purchase any software package that capability would be nice.
Any thoughts from anyone?

Yes Modernbill can integrate with Paypal as well. Check out the Gateway Modules - Paypal at :

It looks like modernbill may be better than auto pilot, but it is way more pricey. 500 bucks for unlimited as opposed to 150 bucks.
However, I like the auto domain registration and the subscription support for pay pal feature.
One thing I did not see is; can the software import existing domains from you whm panel?
I think I might do a test drive of modernbill once I get my hosting site up!!
