Assuming the contact e-mail on the domain doesn't work, you could file a complaint with ICANN and the domain registrar of the domain, since ICANN rules require valid contact information. If you genuinely want a valid e-mail address or you're simply interested in making an offer on the domain, this should help both. Do that once every couple of weeks until the information is valid.
