has anybody ever had telephone support with this company. www.psoft.net. i can only get one guy who is no help at all. maybe i have the wrong web address or telephone number. i need help with the site studio. thank you

We use them for H-Sphere and there support is good.. No need for phone as of yet.. I hope they add phone support one day but have not had any need for it as of yet.
