Hi, I've set up Ensim on my server now, only I can't login to the ftp of the site I created. It keeps telling me the password is wrong, eventhough I can change it as I whish in the CP, it seems to keep reverting to a 3 letter (probably CP default) password. Also Ensim support is telling me to use user@domain.com as the ftp username, which just doesn't seem right to me. I have the entire server running namebased on one single IP at the moment, that much is true, but it does seem to be accepting just the username (without the domain name) as correct. Anybody know for sure how to get into the ftp?

Why would you not at least just try this?
Ensim is correct. NB sites MUST use the "@domain.com" when using ftp/ssh/e-mail.

Yes, it does work. I did not try it because I wasn't at home (I was in college) and didn't have an ftp client at my disposal. I did try using the browser, but that didn't work, probably just the browser.
All matters have now been resolved, I thank Ensim for all their time and patience working out some issues (not this one, I had some far more complicated issues that they worked out with me) and hope I won't have to bother the kind folks round here with Ensim stuff for the time being :D
