If you rebuild apache using WHM and your php is also being updated remember to manually update ZEND.

Otherwise You will have many hours of trying to figure out why all your scripts arnt working ;)

(new servers can be a pain... lol)

Thanks for the warning, I recently did so and had the same problem. cPanel should really put a notice regarding this on the rebuild apache page of WHM.
