Is any one using dekstop based billing software?

I need to use this for my clients.
Just with below fetures.
1. Client Recrds
2. Invoice and Recipt option.

We've been using Ubersmith (http://www.ubersmith.com) which is remotly hosted but you can access from a browser. For something local take a look at quickbooks

We use WHMAutoPilot to handle our customer invoicing and related account information. Then all billing is imported into Quickbooks and straightened out for records / taxes.
