We are looking to hire 3 fulltime designers. Looking for people from the UK or USA. We have 4 full time already, due to the work load we are in need of 3 more. This is not a sit about and do no work job, You will be needed to work your *** off. We have about 6-10 projects going at anyone time.

Pay rates range from £25k/ year about $40k. + bonus

Out of curiosity, could you explain why you were offering free web design to build your portfolio about a week ago, but now want 3 full-time designers and are offering to pay them $40k / year because you have so many projects going at once?

I think Web Development in England is in growing demand now so finding big client's isn't in short supply.

Just right, We are just starteing to attack the online market. Offline in england is flying, but we are trying to move into the US. We thought it would be usefull to have some US baced sites in out portfilio and not just UK.

Ok, i have offerd a job to one guy and we have another on standby.. but they dont know it yet :) we are working on sifting threw the others and will hopefully have the 3 we need asap.
