Do you guys think print advertising is all worth it? I take a look at those PC mags on the stands and on the back pages there are all these web hosting companies listed. I wonder if they get direct customers through these ads.

We advertised in a big UK magazine. Signed up for six month contract. £360 a month. Cancelled after 3 months and had to pay a fee. Would have cost us more if we had stayed on though. Worst advertising we have ever done.

It's good for getting your name out there, but don't expect a lot of direct orders from the ad. The ad won't pay for itself. But if you are looking at spending money on branding, go for it.
