Hello my name is Mati and I recently merged to start a new GSP (Game Server Provider), called Xomni (http://www.xomni.net). We currently have multiple servers in multiple locations, 10000+ hits a month and over 50 customers.

We are looking for a few people to help manage and market our new buisness. PayPal (Cash) and Free Servers/Services for payment

Being a brand new company, we cannot just pay an hourly/salary base. We can pay in account credit (toward services such as web hosting, ventrilo and gameservers) and in paypal (comission for refferals).

Marketing Director
Job description
Need 1 only. You would basically be in charge of our marketing division, advertising our services and thinking of new ways to gain revenue.

Job requirements
Prior experience required. Mature, preferably old enough to work at any time any day. Knowledge of how game server providers operate is a must. You will directly manage our sales department.

Hourly/salary/project
You would recieve 33% account credit a month per customer. If you help to sell $1000 worth of services, you would recieve $330 account credit (per month).

You can trade in your credit for cash at a 30% ratio: If you are currently getting $300 a month account credit, instead we can send you paypal $100 a month. Payout minimum is a balance of $100.

Optionally we can pay you $X a month salary INSTEAD, but we would be unable to do this until the company is well setup and thriving. Free Servers and Services for employes apply.

Sales Person
Job description
Advertise our services and get more customers.

Job requirements
Some experience with game servers is recommended. Mature only.

Hourly/salary/project
33% account credit per month or 100% account payout (one-time). We do NOT pay our sales money via paypal unless they have shown a lot of ability.

Sales will recieve free gameservers and hosting after there first few sales.

Community Co-Director
Job description
Encourage teams and individuals to join our upcoming tournaments and events. Manage the community website and forums. Administer prizes and other goodies.

Job requirements
Experience in working with gaming communities and or tournament leagues a must. Mature.

Monthly salary available after you have shown your worth and company is more setup and thriving. Free service and hosting available for employees.
