I was just visiting one of my favourite sites and I get this error message. I was just wondering if there are any hostrocket customers here that may tell me what's going on? How soon is "soon"?

All sites that were being moved are moved already, if youre getting that error let me know the url :) It went pretty seamlessly for the most part.

When I use the URL of the site with the www. it pops up the site is moving message, but when I use the URL without the www, it pops up a Spam policy page.

I've talked to the webmistress before, and she has never sent out spam. Her site isn't even commercial, and it's extremely popular, so she has no use for sending spam.

It's really weird. I've talked to some people about the site, and only one person can reach it, while everyone else gets error messages. What's this about?

Sounds like a lot of fruity DNS caching going on... Not alot anyone can do about that other than clear their cache or wait for them to refresh.

I'm on host22 and I've noticed that occasionally when I mispell a subdomain on my account I'm sent to the root of my server (host22)...

Which is no longer the spam policy... but, another persons site...

I've submitted a trouble ticket but, I believe I confused the person responding to it...

We can get that back so that it doesn't show another users site thats not a problem, if you are on a non-ded ip you get the servers main page when you goto an unassigned subdomain. Make sure you have a ticket in with us as we're not supposed to carry out support on these forums.
