Not solid at this point, but read the article (http://www.newsforge.com/article.pl?sid=02/03/08/1957252) for the latest info.

An interesting excerpt: On the browser front, once AOL switches to the Mozilla rendering engine, Netscape and Mozilla users -- and possibly Opera, Galeon and Konq users as well -- will no longer find themselves staring angrily at "Best viewed with Internet Explorer" or "You cannot access all features of this site unless you use Internet Explorer" tag lines - - except, possibly at MSN, which already requires Explorer and Windows Media Player to listen to music. This may be bad for Microsoft, but more Web sites following industry-wide standards is good for everyone else. Maybe the Web Standards Project will finally get some of the respect and cooperation it has deserved all along.

Unfortunately it won't make much difference to the average AOL user who wouldn't know the difference between Linux and Eunuchs.

Still, anything that lessens microsofts stranglehold on the world, is not a bad thing.

LOL!! Good one! :D

Anyways, this could be a sign of some good news, at least. I am sick and tired of all the websites only compatible with IE, and that look like crap in Netscape. Hopefully, this will be the beginning of a better trend. :)
