Here's an interesting one. I just found out from one of our customers that there may be a compatibility problem with Alabanza's Control Panel on the latest version of Internet Explorer on Mac G3. He was having a problem getting into his Control Panel all day on Internet Explorer, and claimed to see nothing but a blank page. Finally, upon a recommmendation from one of our techs, he downloaded Netscape, and he got right into his Control Panel for the first time. Is anyone else aware of this issue?

Interesting. Have you contacted Alabanza about this incompatibility?
I've been using my MAC for the last 6 months (since I owned it) and haven't had any problems at all with Alabanza. I have a couple of clients who use macs as well and haven't reported any troubles. I don't think there is a compatability issue. If it happens a next time I would have them clear out their cache and history in their browser, restart and try again.

When we were with Alabanza a client of ours used to use IE5 on a mac to use his CP and never had any problems.

I'll have to agree with the above -
I'm running a G3 with IE5 and I've never had a problem with the Alabanza CP...
One thing that could be causing the problem, is if he's accessing the CP through some flavour of high-speed - many of them utilize a "transparent" proxy service, which causes nothing but havoc with many Web pages.
If he is using a proxy, get him to turn it off - I'll be that will clear the problem up in no time...
