what about http://charge.com ? does they offer all that required for hosting company?

I'm sorry, but I do not have any experience with this company. I have taken a look at their site, and it seems as if they offer whatever you will need.

However, you should check out the correct structure of their pricing, since although they do not charge an application or setup fee, their commission percentage on each payment processed on their servers might be relatively high.

Also, you should check whether or not they pay out internationally, and what their fees are for such pay-outs.
