SoftWareRevue 03-13-2002, 01:19 PM Good to hear from you Chad. :)
Always nice to view new panos. They are so cool.
The canine site looks really good.
Stay busy.
Maybe it'll distract you from the fact that you are imprisoned on that distant island. :D
akashik 03-13-2002, 03:09 PM Aloha yourself :)
I was in Honolulu the night before last actually (close by), for about two hours flying through. The one thing I noticed more than anything was it's very hard to feel threatened by immigration when they start their sentence with 'Aloha'
Glad to hear they paid out on the truck and that business is going well for you.
Greg Moore
Aloha
Dennis & akashik

I wondered who that girl was chasing the dog around on the beach she looked kinda lost and scared
but she kept smiling and saying there is no place like Maui there is no place like Maui there is no place like Maui
she even had the cheap local rubber slippers on ;)
must have traded in her red heels ;)

Chicken 03-16-2002, 07:05 PM Re: you're a magician..
I always wanted to learn some stupid tricks to freak the 3rd graders out. you know, when they are looking at me quite bored and aimless, I'd suddenly whip out a magic trick and wake them up.
Got any good sites or errrrr... ideas on where to start. I used to know a couple of card tricks but those have long been partied away during my college years.
Need something to impress 3rd graders, which shouldn't be that hard to do. I tell them I can make a magic marker disappear but they've figured out that I just toss it over my shoulder quickly. It seems a magic marker is all that magical after all :D

Got any good sites or errrrr... ideas on where to start. Sometimes websites aren't the best approach. You have to learn magic from a magician! If you don't know any, go to a magic store. Don't talk to just anyone (especially if the store is also other things besides a magic store); ask to talk to a magician. And tell that person the kind of things you want to be able to do. They'll suggest some tricks, show them to you, and sell you whatever you need. Maybe give some tips.

Aloha
hows the Keiki doing ;) (little one)
well actually I can try to get ya a few good ideas
used to be a full time magician and was going to take over my friends show here not sure if I want to ???
but money is good ??? hmmmm
there are a few good simple things for little guys that are fun
a good rope trick that can be done is called proffesors nightmare
has 3 lengths of rope
a piece around 8" , 24", 48"
that goes over well I can get ya the info on how to do it if ya want ;)
good and easy to see ;)
another one is a paper tear
ya tear up a newspaper and it is folded up and restored ;)
a bit of setup but still very fun to do large and visual
hmmm there are a few more also
both these are nice as they use everyday objects and are pretty much self workign ya just got to remember sequences so super easy to do ;)
little guys dont get off on card tricks ;)
I only do magic for adult age stuff corporate trade show etc...
most of the stuff I do is finger busting hard but super neat to watch ;)
so send me a email and that will help me remember to get a few instructions out to ya ;)
OH also these are cheap the rope lasts almost forever and the newspaper is free also it doesnt look like magic stuff
most of the stuff they sell ya in a store is junk
the best kind of magic is not a prop but a bit of practice ;)
