Does anyone have experience using promotional codes to pre-select a package type in ClientExec? This is for use with Custom Hosting Packages.

When they go to the order page, they will be asked for a code that I have supplied them (these will pre-existing clients to whom we've supplied other services). [There will not be a list of standard packages.]

That code links to a package, so they will not have a pull down with packages to choose from.

They continue with billing as normal.

Any ideas?

What it be better/easier to email them an invoice?

I don't think this is possible so emailing them an invoice may be the only option.
