Hello there WHTers,

We're Tulip Systems and we're new to WHT but we're in no way new to the hosting business. We've been hosting since 1995! We're one of the very few hosts that actually own and operate our very own datacenter! We're not located in a big carrier hotel leasing floor space and bandwidth from someone else. Our private datacenter is located just north of Atlanta, Ga. We have multiple redundant connections to multiple providers. If you are looking for a cheap solution for a backup mail server or a backup dns server we've got you covered! These also make great Counterstrike servers for 16 slots or less!

----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Bargain Dedicated Servers:

Q: Is this a dedicated 10mbps?
A: No, this is a shared 10mbps

Q: How many people share the 10mbps?
A: The 10mbps is shared between 10 ports. You should have atleast 1mbps at all time or roughly 300gig/month of transfer

Q: Is IRC allowed?
A: NO, there is a strict NO IRC policy.

Q: What are your bandwidth providers?
A: We have connectivity from Level(3) and PSInet (now cogent)

Q: Can I have a test file and IP?
A: please see at the bottom we have posted a link to test files and an IP.

Although they are not listed we have a large selection of older hardware we could make available for use. We have a large selection of older sun equipment including an 2 x e450, 1 x Enterprise 4500, a large quantity of sun sparcstations, netras, and ultra creators. If you would like to experiment with Gentoo on the sparc platform we'd be happy to make one available to you.

Nice dude!

I picked up one of these a dew days ago, been a dream. They installed Cpanel DNSONLY for me as well, since I had my hands full with other things.

Supports been nice and fast, billing was good as well :) The network has been solid as well. A buddy of mine put a CS server on the the box we nabbed. Granted, it lags with more users (:(), due to hardware limitations, but it still does really well.

Seems like a cool Company. I Did a few speed tests and it looks pretty decent.:

From 100mbps NAC
1.13M/s ETA 00:41

From 100mbps Internap
620.53K/s ETA 03:11

I don't see any information about colo on your site. It's ts-host right?

Rvrsl: those speeds should be right on, keep in mind that server with the speed test is limited to 10mbps so it would be an accurate speed test for one of the above boxes.

How fast do you expect a p3 600 w/ 128MB of ram to be exactly?

As for the bad comment, i have nothing but priase to give to Tulip for their hard working staff, that have helped me out with some cpanel issues.
