i think it's a bit too busy. possibly finding a better organizational pattern would help.

Are you talking about the billing screenshot, or everything in general?

geiger

billing and index. perhaps ensuring that columns and rows are all aligned together and color coding would make things easier. also cellpadding a bit more.

I agree with geiger on these issues... good advice too. Apart from that, it looks very complete but it's hard to say without actually trying a demo.

You promise a lot of features. Is this a development plan or do you actually have a working product? How about pricing... it's a GNU license, right? :D

I don't think it is too busy at all. I love it.
What's the bottom line?

We will work on a couple of different looks for it. We are actually in the process of programming it, however it will be a week or two before we let out a beta demo. We should be able to get our full working version out in a little less than a month! We are not 100% sure on the price yet! However, we are thinking somewhere around $75-$125. What do you think it will be worth?

Now, we do have a more simpler version, which we are giving face lift, we will be releasing it within a few days. We will sell it for $50, but if you decide to upgrade to the Professional script, then you will get $50 off.

We would like to thank everyone that has commented!!!!
Please, keep it up!

Looks like you're off to a good start! Will this be php based or CGI? Will you offer a user signup form that interfaces to the database?

Arghh.. another billing software that do not support sfcommerce :(

PlanetDigita
03-13-2002, 02:19 AM
Please consider adding support for http://www.trustcommerce.com.

All of their tools are GPL'd. Here is a link about TCLink (http://www.trustcommerce.com/tclink.html), which is ther API that talks to their Gateway.

You can even signup for a free test account (http://www.trustcommerce.com/signup.html) and have access to all of the developer documentation. Give them a real phone number, this is how they will give you your username/password.

Try it you will like it :)

This software will be written in PHP, with a few parts in C++. There will be an order form that interfaces to the database. We will check into sfcommerce, and trustcommerce.

Any other cc processors?

I love it! Busy - I think is the wrong word to use, but that I suppose depends on what your used to using.

I`d say it looks clean and very well structured - I cant wait to demo this one ;)

Here is our Lite version, it does not have as many features as our Pro version will, however it is ok. We are selling it for $50 however you get a free upgrade to our Pro version when it is released in about 2-3 weeks. The Pro version will be $100! We will also Customize it to your site for free.

So here is what you get:

1.) The TechieNow Lite Software
2.) Free Upgrade to The Pro Version in a few weeks save $50!!!!
3.) Free Custimization to Your Site

You can view the demos at:

Administration Demo --- Username=test and Password=test (http://www.nine-e.net/client/adminlogin.php)

Client Demo --- Username=demo and Password=demo (www.nine-e.net/client/)

It also comes with an order form:

http://www.nine-e.net/client/orderform.php

When a client goes through the order form and submits it, it then send them to your payment processor!

Hi,

Do you have any plan to support ReveCom as well? This is good for everyone using ReveCom here...

Hope you'll have this feature and for sure I'll buy your software if this feature is available.

Don't be fooled.......Hostscripts are Crooks.......

On 03-25-2002 08:21 PM I sent payment of $35 to HostScripts (WHT Member) for a Billing Script & have only heard from them once, a couple days later asking if I wanted it customized to match my site.

I have sent them several Emails & PM's over the past few months without as much as a simple "still working on it" reply.....
Why can't I get a response from you HostScripts ?????????????????????????????????????????????
