I want to back order a domain name now and so far the cheapest place for back order I found is godaddy.com. They charge about $19.95 for a back order, but they seem not to refund you if the back order is unsuccessful.

Is there any registrar company that has cheap back orders and can refund you if the order is unsuccessful?

I've seen others at about $18.95 but that's about the lowest. The common denominator is that you don't really get your money back but the backorder can get re-applied to a different domain name (i.e. backorder for a different domain name) so you don't really lose it.
