It always helps to know what country you are in & why you might not want Paypal (if paypal does not support your country, etc)

Also Ikobo is not offering any merchant account processing right now as well.

For us, Paypal doesnt support our country - Vietnam - either, and we dont have many options. We used Paysystems first, and using 2CO currently, but wonder if there is any other option?

it takes long time to hear a response from support team of 2checkout but everything else is the best. They have automated their billing system to simplify online payment processing. Setup cost is very low and charge per transaction is also low.

Yes, slow support from 2CO, and some of our customers facing "Do not honor" error message, and everytime 2CO suggests check their credit cards. However, they can use their cards in other processing engines without any problem :( if you take a look at 2CO forum, you will see not only us facing this problem. That's why we are looking for another engine...

I think you can ignore this 2 problems. Farud protection system on 2checkout is much better than any other payment gateway. We had unlimited number of fraud orders on authorize.net and worldpay and that was the only reason we've moved to 2co.
