Hi folks -- I am a reporter with a trade book looking into issues with customers having downtime when their Web hosters are acquired. I got a call from a very vocal guy whose site was down for two days after Interland bought his old hoster and promised a "seamless" migration. Did anybody else have issues with Interland/other hosters in this regard? Is Interland better/worse than average with customer migration? How much do people reimburse for such outages -- if anything?
