What are the good and bad points

I use them and am pleased with them

+ pretty good support
+ pretty low charges ( comparing other 3rd party processors )
- pretty high charges ( comparing to a real merchant account )
+ automatic recurring billing

Lots of people here use them, search and you will find :)
