i wish to start my own hosting company and i can spend only $150 per month , can anybody recommend me hosting company with good support etc ?

I would reccomend a dedicated server. Have a look around the starting a webhosting biz forum:)

I'd look into either doing a reseller contract with my own name servers or a dedicated box.

Well there are pros and cons with both approaches

Reseller
+ low initial costs
+ not much server admin job to do ( not just webhosting related but also firewall stuff, intrusion detection control etc )
- no control...If some thing breaks you are often in the hands of your provider. If they are slow on responding your respond to your client will be slow as well
- when you grow out of your reseller suite you will need to transfer accounts to your new dedicated box

Dedicated:
Pretty much reversed.
Biggest plus: CONTROL AND FREEDOM.

Remember, you will also need marketing and you may need some new scripts to purchase before you start. I suggest you save for a few months so you can start off with acouple hundred. You may also need another person to help with support/sales in the beginning.

Reseller is a good idea, dedicated server is not needed just yet.
