I think that I have setup my RaQ3iu server correctly, but I cannot connect to the site via IE or FP. I can telnet to the site.

When I try to open the WebPage from FP 2000, I get the following error:

I may not have configured the RaQ3 correctly, but according to the manual, I have done so.

I have a registered domain name.
I am trying to setup this server as a DNS.
I want to create/access various websites on this server.
I have a range of IP addresses supplied by a vendor.
