Ronnie, the owner of AWH, sends out a personal email to all new users, not just the usual canned form letter that most hosts email out. It doesn't prove quality, but it is a nice touch. Let's just say the people doing the work at AHW work very long hours. Also, I have received responses within 30 seconds from AWH, but also have waited a couple of hours.
