I am looking for a PHP based shopping cart system for a client..
They need to be able to load products through a CSV file..
Shoppers need to be able to browse products or search by name or product code (they have a printed catalog that most shoppers will have access to which lists the codes)..
Would like to have discount coupons to send to buyers to use on their next purchase..
Would like to offer gift vouchers..
Free shipping on orders over certain values..
I guess basically I am after a full featured cart and have started looking at some already but there are so many its taking time..

One feature I haven't been able to find is a shopping cart system that has the option to not require user registration on checkout.. The client wants this as an option because the majority of the customers are those that need the quickest and simplest shopping and checkout procedure possible.. Basically add to cart, hit checkout, enter payment details and shipping details and you're done..

Any one got any suggestions for which cart will satisfy these reguirments?
