Hi,
Do you know if revecom went out of business?
I have been sending emails since last friday and there is no responce.
Is that the quality of their support?

I've never been one to side with PaySystems (Revecom) on WHT, but lately they have been quite fast in responding to my support tickets...

I have contacted their sales people twice - no response but the autoresponder. That was some months ago.
Can't say anything about their support to members - but their presales support made me turn away fast.

This is the third time I register (Friday,Monday and Tuesday) with them and I am still waiting for the welcome email.
I send several emails and the customer support answer me really mad.

go in there and go to the online chat thing- works for me always respond during business hours :)

i tried to email thema asking them for support etc etc before i registered and i also used a different email address and sent another email to another sales address i got all the Autoresponders..
but never from a person!
I dont like that at all!
Thats poor quality.

They just block the email server for all the free email accounts, but they also block it from my ISP email account WHICH IS NOT FREE!!!

Their chat works just fine for me...
