Well, it has been a full year that we've had our Windows Reseller account at easycgi.com so I thot I'd post a review.

First, let me say this has been a very pleasant surprise after a couple really bad Windows reseller NOCs.

There has been ZERO downtime this past year and the network has performed very well. The Reseller plans are well featured and have plenty of space and BW.

Pricing has been just fine. Easy to resell at their price points.

Support is extremely good. They respond quickly and do not try to offload blame to us or the end user. I do have to say that we have not needed much support. All has worked surprisingly well.

We strongly recommend them as a source for Windows reseller plans.

Oh, they have their own CP and it is very nice with lots of customability (is that a word?) so you can brand it and pick and choose the feature to allow the end user to see.

The only things I wish were better are that they have no telephone support after 6 PM Eastern. But, they do resond to their tickets quickley... no complaints there.

All in all, they are great!:)

We ping and load http from the servers every minute 24/7. So far not one failed attempt.
