This layout is designed to very simple and fast loading. I have tested it in Netscape and Internet Explorer, and the only difference is missing table borders in Netscape 4.72 because it does not support that CSS formatting.
If you'd like to bid on this design, either post here, or PM me and I'll post the bid for you anonymously. I can only accept business and personal checks, as well as Paypal (my PayPal account can accept credit cards however). Buying the template will also get you the PSD (Photoshop) files so you can modify the design to your liking, particurally useful unless your company is called "Company Hosting." :)
