I highly recommend that you also seek legal advice when it comes down to something as important as TOS.

Even if you just consult with a paralegal (which costs a fraction of what a lawyer would charge), it could help protect you and your business in the future.

p.s. Regarding paralegals - some states do not let them operate on their own, but only as an assistant to a lawyer, so check in with your local regulations.

Is anyone here a current customer of Prepaid Legal or of Host Legal? I just wanted to see what you people think of them.

I bought from hostlegal.com and I love what they gave me :). Of course I added some stuff, but over all a :agree: .

You should customize whatever you get because a generic solution might not fit the legal requirements of the state you are doing business in.
