I remember a few months ago, someone was offering a webhosting toolkit that included a "terms & conditions", "privacy policy", etc. Anyone know where his website is?

Taylor 04-17-2005, 07:58 PM I believe the right domain is hostlegal.com golfer 04-17-2005, 09:18 PM Thanks a bunch! eservicesu 04-17-2005, 10:07 PM IMO, Hostlegal is great, they often have promos going on so check the offers forum alot. - Eddy AdWatcher-Boris 04-17-2005, 11:18 PM I highly recommend that you also seek legal advice when it comes down to something as important as TOS. Even if you just consult with a paralegal (which costs a fraction of what a lawyer would charge), it could help protect you and your business in the future. p.s. Regarding paralegals - some states do not let them operate on their own, but only as an assistant to a lawyer, so check in with your local regulations. Boris gghosting 04-18-2005, 09:14 PM Is anyone here a current customer of Prepaid Legal or of Host Legal? I just wanted to see what you people think of them. Torith 04-18-2005, 09:21 PM I bought from hostlegal.com and I love what they gave me :). Of course I added some stuff, but over all a :agree: . WHRKit 04-18-2005, 09:24 PM You should customize whatever you get because a generic solution might not fit the legal requirements of the state you are doing business in. Christoph |
