They do not use Cogent. There connection comes through Sprint, AT&T, and MCI/WorldCom.

As for what they use, you might want to check their web site for that info and/or send a sales email.

Well your comments (while they could be useful in helping this person) aren't all that useful without explaining exactly what you personally didn't like about the service.

How about some detail? We had a Burst server for around 4 months and the performance and support were both less than I would expect from a bunch of mill workers trying to support a Win 3.11 box.

In short: Overloaded and shy of People Skills.

I spent months on this board defending Burst. Search on my previous posts. I gave Sean & Co. every chance in the book and they LET US DOWN. It took four tries to cancel the f***ing box for God sakes.

I have every email, and every failed cancel attempt, with Burst backed up.

We have been using Burst.net for about 3-4 months now, and we are satisfied with their service so far.

They do not use cogent, you can read about their network on their web site.

Don't know why you guys flame them. :confused:
