Hello.

I have a problem.
I've got the new dedicated server but I'am failing to update the host information for it(change IP).

The domain itself was registered with Joker.com
There is the button there: "create Host-Handles"
I've created two when I was with my prev server (ie ns.mydomain.com and ns2.mydomain.com)
but there is no button as "Change" :(
I need to change IPs for them now!
I've tried to create the new hosts(nameservers) with new ips but also failed! :(

Please, help!

P.S. I've emailed to Joker but did not get the reply.

Hi,

I think the best way for you is transfer your domain to another registrar.
I suggest you to move to OpenSRS through 000domains.com
After the transfer is complete, you may make as many as name server.

Maybe (worst case), there is a button to delete the record? Then add the correct info?

What I think to do is to register the new the domain name and make the hosts(nameservers) from them. :idea:

I think opensrs.org and bulkregister.com are better and much more easier to handle
