Hello again,

I am running a newly opened game web site called Clangrounds.com. The idea behind it was to make a moderate site designed for Counter-Strike (http://www.counter-strike.net) clans. The plan was to offer a few game servers to play on, a main site/forum to meet with fellow visitors, and some small time site hosting.

I want to be able to offer something like:

5-10Mb of Space
500Mb - 1Gb of Bandwidth
CGI/PHP Access
http://theirname.clangrounds.com
(file restrictions, no .exe or media formats)
(they would get their own forum on our main one)

I know that is not a lot at all, but it is meant to just be for a clan page which shouldn't even need all that. I am just curious how I can go about managing something like this. Is there a FTP Program I can get, or a Browser type program I can use. I know I've seen a lot of free hosts use this same program over and over. Just cannot think of the name of it....

Well, thank for your help. Have a great night!
