Hi I'm trying to get my site back up but I'm getting this error:

Any ideas? database users, passwords etc all set up as before when the site was working before the server was wiped out

either you are using the wrong user/pass or you are trying to login with no pass and the user has a pass set in mysql. Or you are trying to login with a pass and there is none set which means you don't need to login with one
