Looks like Times New Roman, have you got a bigger example, more letters?

No it is not Times New Roman.

Could be Garamond, as well. There are really many possibilities if you just give us that one letter, and there's no way that we'll be able to tell with just that. If you can, please provide us with a word, at the least, and preferably a sentence.

I have no idea. Perhaps it is a custom font; you may want to ask on Google Answers or a similar service so you can get a definite or close to definite response.

Bernhard Modern Std is very close but not exact.
