now a days ,I found everybody here discussing about control panels in market. Some hardware vendors are also shipping some basic control panels with machine like dell.I do not find any better control panel for ready to use on Solaris , can anybody tell me why ? Sun with Netra X1 with control panel can become One of the best economical Hot seleble product . why you says guys?
Also on BSD front , there is no Real control panel compitition I see.
What would be most wanted OS with Control panel near future in say next one year. I welcome all your views.
ALso On high end applications , there is no control panels available, I think There is also no control panel company is interested.

Well, as far as I know, several control panel companies have beta releases for Solaris, more or less exploring to see if there is any real interest.

I should think that most of them could finalize their Solaris versions in a very short time... So if you plan to get yourself a nice share on the Solaris market, don't be too surprised if they follow you. ;)

Apart from that, what did you mean with no real competition on BSD front? FreeBSD has several high quality panels to choose from... And what do you mean with high-end applications?

High level applications means,
weblogic, websphere, virtual ldap support,Lotus domino application hosting. i do not see any control panels available to deliver these kind of hosting solutions .On BSD I see plesk only.
On solaris i made quary to lot of control panel companies , but nobody i found in a position to launch. Plesk was having last version 1.2 on solaris, but now it vanished.I used Raq,plesk, ensim, cpanel, colossus a lot. I am not planning to develop any control panel.Only curious about future of Webhosting OS & Control panels ,which will have hot market?
There should be a control panel to provide solutions on high level or asp level hosting.
:)

Take a closer look at H-Sphere (http://www.psoft.net) . It doesn't have all the high end options you're after but it does have several others you didn't list. FreeBSD support included... Solaris? Perhaps ;) It also handles windows 2000 servers as a native application, but requires atleast one other linux or freeBSD server in a cluster...
