Under vBulletin options, is "Add No-cache headers" set to No for the WHT forums?

I ask because when I visit WHT I keep seeing an old version of the homepage so I have to force a refresh to see if there are new posts, etc. This does not happen on my own vBulletin or other vBulletins that I visit often, only on the WHT forum homepage.
