Howdy,

I have a problem...

My control panel does not seem to work properly after I changed the main IP on the box (under "network) when we moved ISPs.

What it does is when I type www.domain.com/admin I see IE open the old IP (208.x.x.x) while it should be (65.x.x.x)

I checked everything, all IPs are good, even on the DNS.

I ONLY have this with the CP, not with normal HTTP requests...

Any idea's?

Try accessing your GUI via http://new.ip.addr.ess/admin

and see if that works. Your browser may have cached something locally, or perhaps your ISP has a proxy you don't know about.

Just a thought.

your IP most likely has not updated for your ISP's DNS. so its pulling the old site.

give it a few days and it'll change. for the mean time, just enter in http://ip_addy/admin and that would work

I tried it all,
but it still doesnt work

a ping of the main domain gives me the right IP, so its not some cache - browser cache, impossible, completely disabled...

Even when I hit the -IP- it still tries to reach the old ip... odd...
any ideas?
