Just wondered if anyone here is using hostcharge?

If so can anyone tell me whats happened to their site.

I've tried contacting them but get no answer so I have resorted in asking here.

Don't worry everyone, they have changed IP's and just waiting for everything to propargate.

They got back to me when I got hold of them from this board.

Explains why their emails were not working,

If anyone else has a problem PM ^kyo on this board and he will send you the merchant link to authorize customers cards.

We signed up a few days ago with them and so far they have been extremely helpfull. It seems like they're moving since their site goes to a Cobalt welcome page, I'm sure they will get setup shortly.

Yes they are extremely helpfull, and get back to you quickly, I wasn't complaining in anyway, I was just asking if anyone new what was going on as I wasn't contacted by them.

But all is sorted now.

I am very pleased with their service and would recommend them as a merchant for your hosting company.

Hi Guys,

While our emails weren't down (since they're on a seperate server on a seperate domain :) ) our HostCharge.com SITE was down because we were shifting that to another server. However our mcc wasnt down during this period since that is on an entirely different server :)
