What happens when you register a domain with a reseller, e.g. enom reseller, and that reseller bankrupts? Will you still own the domain, and can you claim it from the parent company, for example enom? Or do you loose the domain in that case?

Any ideas? Any experiences?

as per some ppl experience here, you email enom they will send you a confirmation email when you approve it they will move it into your own account at enom.com

usually the registrar takes over things for bankrupts resellers
