Why does your SLA have BurstNET in it? And where is the helpdesk??

Servers from AlphaRed are exclusive for WHT. Thats why we donot have it on our sites. As far as SLA is concern we are resellers for BurstNet as well. However that SLA does meet all of our requirments as well. As far as support that is integrated with our billing. Clients are given Full support information along with URL and Emails etc to contact us. Typical support response is in 5-10 minutes.

Do you offer Windows 2003 std or Web edition ? and if so.. how much is it extra ?

We do offer them on Servers which are in BurstNet. However AlphaRed server we can provide windows 2000 free of cost. Windows 2003 can be installed if client provide us the license.
