If you don't mind mysql as well then you can't go wrong with phpAdsnew;

My favorite is phpAdsNew, an open-source ad server with an integrated banner management interface and tracking system for gathering statistics. With phpAdsNew you can easily rotate paid banners as well as your own banners. You can even integrate banners from third-party advertising companies. phpAdsNew can handle regular banners and buttons, pop-ups, text ads, DHTML banners, flash banners, and much more. And best of all, it's FREE!

I have never had an issue with phpAdsNew in regards to handling high traffic. What kind of traffic are you talking about. phpAdsNew allows you to configure various settings to accomodate your traffic level.

thanks,usually our site is doing almost 400k uniques, 9,715,112 page visits and 137,831,862 hits a month and growing.

With primetime tv looming,we expect our traffic to soar. what other options are out there to better manage our ads? im keep going in circles when looking for other options(off site hosting,ads,etc)

it does look a bit advanced,but I think i understand how it works.

Ive been looking around for remotely hosted ad servers,but they seem too pricey.

thanks treeman,our traffic should go even higher once we get a primetime tv slot.

Im thinking of just going with a 3rd party ad service instead of doing it on our own servers....any suggestions?
