Hi!
It's time for my weekly posting. I have expanded coverage considerably to meet the need for daytime and evening coverage..as well as overnight.

My hours are now 10PM-9AM EST Monday-Friday
and 10PM-6AM Saturday and Sunday. I am working on some afternnon and evening coverage...although I'm playing it by ear and am not ready to guarantee any slots yet.

It's hard...I fully understand...you don't know me and trusting a complete stranger with your customers could be nightmare in the making. Therefore...I have something new.

I will offer one week free. Of course, I will reserve the right to discontinue this offer if abused. You understand that I do have paying clients...and those paying clients will get priority over your tickets. I will not be dealing with your customers directly....it will be your job to figure out ow the trouble tickets are submitted to me and where I reply to them.

If too many people sign up...I may have to turn away some of you.

I doubt that will be necessary...but...to be fair...I mention it here.

To sign up, go to:

http://www.mtnrh.net/pst

and sign up for a account. To keep it interesting and to cut down on multiple signups and whatnot...you must submit a ticket to me telling me a little about your hosting business and why I should want to give you one week's worth of work for free.

It could be fun. :)

I can support Cpanel and DirectAdmin...and have limited experience with Helm and Webmin.

Just about anything related to computers and the internet is fair game. Scripting problems...Perl and PHP. Databases..MySQL and Postgres. Server problems. DNs problems.

What I'm attempting with the limited daytime coverage is this:
To at least try to ahve a maximum ticket wait time of 4 hours.

I've been able to do it so far...that's the goal...but not guaranteed.
Normal turnaround during shift hours is twenty minutes or less.

For those who want to keep my services, payments can be made via Paypal. Special arrangements may be possible with payment in Starbucks(tm) Coffee...we will see.

Let the games begin.

By ticket wait time, do you mean initial response of 4 hours or resolution?

By the way, best of luck, I'll let everybody know here that I've already submitted a ticket in the past to see how you'd resolve something and can say that I was impressed.
