Me and my friend are making a webpage. i downloaded a program called Ewisoft Webpage Builder. It does not seem the best but it was free. I was wondering if anyone had a free program they could share with me.

You are better off learning HTML then just using a WYSIWYG editor.

Did you already sign up for hosting service? Many hosting companies offer a free web site builder when you sign up for hosting service. I recommend you browse through some of these companies and see if the provided web site builder software would meet your needs.
