I'm looking for a php programmer to code a blog type site for me. I'm not going to release many details as it is something that has never been done, and I'd like to keep it that way.
I'm looking for a US-Based programmer, above the age of 18. I will take a programmer that is out of the US if they have an extensive backround of work done for other honest WHTers.
This is a paying job, and I'm looking for a price quote once I narrow down the prospective programmers to the ones I find suitable.
Once I choose a programmer, I will require Name, Address, Phone Number and some type of idenification, as well as a non-compete agreement.
