This is what this script must do!


To insert it on one page and to have few text boxes like Name, Address, Domain, and drop down box for Hosting Plan. If they select like one hosting plan, it'll lead them to plan1.html and it'll send name,address,domain, info to my email. If they select plan 2 it'll send info to my email and lead them t plan2.html, etc. Also all fields MUST be required to go to next page!

$15? Ouch....what method are you paying by? Most payment methods take off like 10-20% so by the time he has the money in his hand's there'll be like $10 left, barely enough to goto the movies. =)
